Based on its longstanding experience with antennas and antenna systems for surface vessels, HMK is able to provide equipment for HF broadband antenna systems as well as a short range HF magnetic loop antenna.

Antennas aboard of vessels always face the challenge of limited deck space and difficult co-location situations. In many cases, broadband antennas are considered to minimize the number of antennas.

HMK supports this solution with its HF combiners which are able to combine 2 x 1 kW HF or combine 1 kW HF plus 5 kW HF to feed an appropriate broadband antenna.

These combiners can be cascaded to allow 4 or even more HF transmitters to work on one HF broadband antenna.

Furthermore, HMK offers its coaxial switching units (CSU), which allow intelligent switching/connection of multiple radios. Thus, in combination with the TLCs a highly flexible arrangement can be achieved.
